Preparing your parcel

Following successful payment authorization, we usually need 1–2 business days to prepare an order. This handling period comes before carrier travel. Confirm the complete delivery address and any shipping charge shown at checkout.

Carrier journey

From dispatch, estimated transit is 4–6 business days, excluding weekends and applicable holidays. An initial tracking event may not appear immediately, and the estimate is not a guaranteed arrival date.

A shipment that needs help

If tracking stops, a delivery scan appears without the package, or the parcel arrives damaged, email bipexiba149@gmail.com. Provide the order number, checkout email and tracking code, and keep the packaging and relevant photographs for review. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
