Which product option should I choose?

Use each Owala listing's media and active selectors to compare the offered capacity, color, size, material or style. The catalog includes hydration and coffee drinkware, bags, pet items, cleaning tools and replacement components.

When should delivery occur?

Order handling normally takes 1–2 business days after authorization. Estimated carrier transit is then 4–6 business days after dispatch, with weekends and applicable holidays excluded. Checkout shows delivery charges; see the Shipping Policy for tracking help.

Can an item be returned or exchanged?

Qualifying new defective and non-defective items may be returned, and exchanges are accepted, if requested within 30 days after delivery. Non-defective goods must be unused and in original condition. Approval is required before mailing with the free prepaid label enclosed in the parcel, and there is no restocking fee.
